Itinerary

Day 1

  • Pick From Islamabad in Morning and Move towards Dir.
  • Then Move from Dir towards Chitral (PTDC Chitral) Via Lowari Tunnel.
  • Arrival at Ayun.
  • Stay For Break.
  • Dinner & Overnight stay at Hotel.

Day 2

  • Breakfast at the Hotel.
  • Departure for City Tour Chitral, Historical Mosque and Museum.
  • Visit Garam Chashma (famous for Trout Fish).
  • Photography and Sightseeing.
  • Back to the Hotel.
  • Dinner in Chitral.
  • Night stay at Hotel.
  • Musical Night and Bonfire

Day 3

  • Breakfast at the hotel.
  • Leave for Kalash Valley on Jeep.
  • Check in at the Hotel at Bamburet.
  • Visit to Kalash graveyard and school made with the help of the people of Greece would be an interesting addition.
  • Meet and Interact with community members, teachers and local kids in their traditional dresses.
  • Dinner in Bamburet.
  • Night stay in Hotel.

Day 4

  • Explore Participants will get a free day to get relaxed and enjoy the breathtaking views of the valley.
  • Photography and fun activities.
  • Explore the Kalashi Culture, tradition, and Habitat.
  • Optional Trip to Rambur, another Kalash Village can be organised.
  • Dinner in Kalash
  • Night stay in Hotel.

Day 5

  • Breakfast In Hotel.
  • Departure towards Islamabad.
  • Lunch on the way.
  • End of Tour.

  • In case of any change in the tour plan, result in the change of cost and will be reflected in the invoice accordingly.3/4 Hours +/- can be experienced during travelling in hilly areas due to any reason.
  • The members shall not be indulged in any act reflecting moral or character failing during the activities.
  • All members would give extra care for the local environmental care. Garbage (tins. Water bottles, wrappers, etc) shall be suitably disposed of without polluting water sources.
  • During the trip, the itineraries may be affected by reasons beyond the control of the hosts. In such a situation, organisers will not be held responsible in any case.
  • On steep ascents in mountainous areas; air-conditioning of the buses will be operational on an on-off basis to keep the vehicles from overheating.
  • Every humanly possible care will be taken for the safety of members, still, each venture can be fraught with endangers of unforeseen natural disasters like avalanches and crevasse falls or any other accidents and sometimes such disasters cannot be ruled out. In any such type of accident during the whole tour, the company, group leader, and the tour organisers will not be held responsible in any form.
  • In case of theft, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the duration of the trip, organisers will not be held responsible in any case.On an adventure trek of this type, weather, local politics, transport or a multitude of other factors beyond the control of organisers can result in a change of itinerary. It is, however, very unlikely that the itinerary would be substantially altered; if alterations are necessary the Leader and Guide will decide what is the best alternative, taking into consideration the best interests of the whole group.
  • The Organisers reserve the right to use event photos for electronic/digital media.
  • Smoking in public transport is strictly prohibited.
  • The Organisers reserve the right to terminate/regret any participant due to indiscipline.
  • Hotels Check-in time is 1400hrs & Check Out 1200hrs, late Check-Out will be extended till 1400hrs after that 50% of the room rate will be charged till 1800hrs, the full night will be charged after 1800hrs accordingly.

CHILD POLICY:

  • Child below 07 years sharing parent’s room is free (Max.02 children in a room)
  • Child above 07 to 12 years will be charged 50% of the adult cost
  • Above 12 years will be treated as an adult.
  • The price does not include Breakfast & Dinner for children.
